I support people who feel overwhelmed or disconnected in gently coming back into their body and finding calm, grounded presence again.
These sessions are not about performance, flexibility, or “doing it right.”
They are slow, supportive, and attuned to what your body actually needs in the moment. Each session is shaped around grounding, nervous system regulation, and creating space to soften out of survival mode.

How I Work
My sessions blend gentle, intuitive yoga with sound-based practices such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments.
The focus is not on intensity, but on presence, allowing the body and nervous system to settle naturally.
