Hi, I'm Sasha
and I’ve always known my soul didn’t come here to live a traditional, corporate, nine-to-five life.
From Arizona deserts to Colorado ski towns to Costa Rica beaches, I’ve been slowly unlearning what I was told my life “should” look like and creating something softer, freer, and more aligned instead.
Along the way, I fell in love with:
• yoga and sound healing
• designing websites and graphics for small businesses
• solo road trips and car camping
• deep conversations, journaling, and all things self-discovery
I am passionate about helping others connect deeply with themselves, others, and Mother Nature through yoga, sound healing, and shared experience.

My passion is helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover the beautiful practice of crystal singing bowls through approachable, beginner-friendly education.
Through crystal singing bowl workshops, sound healing experiences, yoga, and mindfulness, I create spaces that encourage curiosity, presence, and meaningful connection.I believe learning should feel welcoming, not intimidating. Whether you're simply curious about sound healing, considering purchasing your first crystal singing bowl, or hoping to incorporate sound into your personal or professional practice, my goal is to help you build confidence while discovering your own unique relationship with these beautiful instruments.
