Have crystal singing bowls but aren't quite sure what to do with them?
This 3-week series will help you get comfortable with your bowls, learn how to actually play them, and build the confidence to begin sharing sound with others.
Join us for the full 3-week journey, or choose an individual workshop based on where you are in your practice.
Week 1 — Understanding Your Bowls
Get to know your instruments and build a strong foundation.
We'll explore bowl types, 432 vs. 440 Hz, notes, mallets, bowl care, placement, creating clear tones, and foundational playing techniques.
You’ll also have plenty of time to practice playing your own bowls, both independently and for the group, with space for guidance, questions, and feedback.
Week 2 — Learning to Play
Begin exploring how your bowls work together.
We'll practice different playing techniques, volume and pressure, transitions, layering sounds, simple sequences, intentional silence, and developing your own playing style.
You’ll have plenty of time to experiment with different playing techniques, practice creating your own sequences, and play for the group with space for guidance and feedback.
Week 3 — Creating a Sound Bath
Bring everything together into an intentional experience.
We'll explore sound bath structure, pacing, transitions, opening and closing, holding space, navigating mistakes, building confidence, and following your intuition as a facilitator.
You’ll bring everything you’ve learned together to begin creating your own sound bath. After the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to record a short sound bath and send it to me for personalized feedback.

When you join the full 3-week program, you'll move through the experience with the same small group each Saturday, giving us space to build on what we learn, practice together, and grow more confident week by week.
If you are unable to make one of the sessions, you may join the Sunday workshop group.
