
Sound Healing Experiences
During a sound bath, I will play a variety of instruments designed to help you enter a deeply meditative state.
You’ll simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive.
The vibrations will gently guide your body into the parasympathetic nervous system - the space where deep rest, restoration, and healing occur.
