Meet Your Teacher
Hi, I'm Sasha! I'm a sound healing practitioner, yoga teacher, and educator with a deep love for crystal singing bowls.
I've been facilitating sound healing experiences since 2022 and have since led hundreds of sessions in yoga studios, private settings, retreats, corporate events, and wellness experiences.
My approach to sound healing is intuitive, approachable, and rooted in real-life experience. I don't believe there is one perfect way to play. Instead, I encourage you to learn the foundations, spend time getting to know your bowls, experiment, and discover what feels and sounds good to you.
I created this workshop to share the things I wish I had known when I first started and to make learning crystal singing bowls feel a little less intimidating and a lot more fun 🖤
